This Privacy Policy explains how Puttinz-Integrated Nig. Ltd (RC 1756229), which owns and operates Steventra (steventra.com), collects, uses and protects your personal data. Puttinz-Integrated Nig. Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through Steventra, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

If you create an event, we collect information about your event, including title, description, location, date, pricing, and any promotional materials you upload.

When you book tickets, we share your name and contact information with the event organizer to facilitate entry and communication about the event.
We work with third-party service providers for payment processing, email delivery, analytics, live support chat (tawk.to), and hosting. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information. If you start a support chat, your messages and, when signed in, your name and email are shared with tawk.to so we can help you.
