By accessing or using Steventra's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Ticket Purchases and Payments

• All ticket purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by the event organizer
• Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable fees
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store complete payment card information
• Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers
• Service fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled

Event Organizer Responsibilities

• Event information must be accurate, complete, and not misleading
• You must have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to host your event
• You are responsible for all aspects of event planning, execution, and safety
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue requirements
• You agree to our payment terms including platform fees (5% of ticket sales)
• You must respond to attendee inquiries in a timely manner
• You cannot discriminate against attendees based on protected characteristics

Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reselling tickets above face value without authorization (ticket scalping)
• Creating fake or fraudulent events
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users
• Using our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The Steventra platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Steventra and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission. Event organizers retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to display and promote it on our platform.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Steventra provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content or services. We are not responsible for the conduct of event organizers or attendees, the quality of events, or any disputes between parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steventra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund policies are set by individual event organizers
• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees are entitled to a full refund
• Steventra service fees may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances
• Refund requests must be submitted through our platform
• Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days
• We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases of fraud or violations
